Omnisun Information
Materials Co., Ltd(“OIM”) is the only one at present in
China specially for R&D, production and marketing of Chrome
Mask Blanks with high precision and “Zero-Defect” quality.
OIM was set up in August 2003. It locates at Changsha National
High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Hunan Province. The
registered capital is 80 Million RMB. It was jointly built up
by Hunan Electronic Information Industry Group Co., Ltd.(“HEC”)
and Hunan Goldsoft High-Tech Development Co., Ltd.. As holding
shareholder, HEC is one of the large provincial

enterprises who were firstly supervised
by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
(“SASAC”). It has very strong abilities for R&D, production
and marketing in the electronic information industrial fields
of electronic information materials, color display devices,
computer soft and hard wares, electronic elements, network application
equipments and digital multimedia information equipments, etc.
At present and even for the future, Chrome Mask Blanks are
the main photosensitive material of making photomasks which
are used to copy micro electronic circuit patterns. As the key
material (namely photomask blanks) for making extra micro electronic
patterns with high precision, Mask Blanks are widely applied
for making IC chips, IC high density lead frames and columns,
semiconductor elements, flat plate display devices (LCD, PDP,
VFD) and multilayer high density printing circuit board (PCB),
etc.
Recently, the said industries of China develop very fast. However,
the mask blanks for making these products have been relying
on the export for years. To meet the requirements of the industry
development of IC (specially of VLSI and ULSI), FPD, etc., enhance
the industrial complementary abilities, and promote fast development
of China information industry to higher level, OIM sets up an
automatic production line of sputtering chrome mask blanks,
from 2.5"×2.5"to 22"×26", with the international
most advanced production and test equipments, combining with
the technologies innovated by OIM.

our own country and the world. The "zero defect" and
high precision quality of products are gained, based on the
first class equipments, technologies and process of the world,
clean-room workshops with Grade 10~100,000, and strict quality
assurance system. The products have not only filled up the domestic
blank, changing the history that the mask blanks relied on import
for long time, but also developed to the first class in the
world.
