magnetic-controlled sputtering filming, spin coating
machines etc., which are all imported from Japan.
Especially, the magnetic-controlled sputtering filming
machine is the most advanced oil-free and high vacuum
filming equipment in the world at present, which
is capable of using reactive sputtering to deposit
thin film of metal, metal oxide, metal nitride and
metal carbide.
